Objectives of this role:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge generative AI solutions that transform our platform capabilities and client experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive innovation across the organization
- Ensure successful deployment and optimization of AI models in production environments
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and integrate new technologies to maintain our competitive edge
Responsibilities:
- Engage with software engineers and domain experts to unearth opportunities and define project scope
- Craft ingenious AI solutions that address complex business challenges
- Bring AI creations to life in real-world production environments with a focus on scalability and performance
- Explore new generative AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries to continuously expand our capabilities
- Align technical development with our mission, vision, and strategic plan to continually redefine AI's potential
- Contribute to the AI community through publications, open-source projects, or knowledge sharing
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on AI best practices
- Monitor and optimize AI model performance in production environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- A track record of successful AI projects or influential contributions to the AI community (publications, open-source projects, etc.)
- Strong expertise in generative AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Experience deploying AI models to production environments
- Problem-solving prowess with the ability to adapt to ever-changing project requirements
- Stellar communication and collaboration skills, crucial for thriving in our dynamic cross-functional environment
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
- Knowledge of LLMs and transformer architectures is highly desirable
