Catherine O’Shea is COO & Co-founder at Narratize. She focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology for a growth-driven organization. Before Narratize, she scaled Untold Content, tripling revenue in four years through system implementation. Committed to a people-centered culture, Catherine previously managed operations at nonprofits in Cincinnati and Houston and taught Writing at the University of Cincinnati.
She holds an M.A. in Literature from the University of Cincinnati. Catherine resides in Cincinnati with her husband and two kids. She loves volunteering in the community, tracking every new coffee shop opening, and seeking opportunities to travel.
