Catherine O'Shea is CPO & Co-Founder at Narratize, where she owns product strategy and execution for the AI-powered Product Innovation Platform. Under her leadership, the product team has shipped customer-requested capabilities in weeks—not months—directly converting customer delight into expansion revenue.

Catherine translates what enterprise R&D teams actually need into a roadmap that delivers. She runs customer discovery with Innovation leaders across manufacturing, then works side-by-side with engineering to ship solutions that solve real workflow problems.

Before Narratize, Catherine was COO at Untold Content, where she built the operational systems that tripled revenue in four years. Her career spans nonprofit operations, higher education, and growth-stage startups—all centered on aligning people around outcomes and building systems that scale.

Catherine holds an M.A. in Literature from the University of Cincinnati. She speaks on AI applications in research and enterprise, and is active in advancing women in technology leadership.
