Rachel Keeney leads Customer Success at Narratize, where she brings a white glove approach to ensuring customers realize measurable value from their Product Knowledge Hubs. With a unique background spanning operations, project management, and employee experience, Rachel combines systems-thinking with personalized attention—understanding that when processes work seamlessly, people thrive. Her acute attention to detail and focus on the human side of technology enable her to guide cross-functional teams through transformation, from onboarding through expansion. Rachel believes exceptional customer outcomes stem from elevating people first, then optimizing processes around them.
Before stepping into Customer Success, Rachel served as Operations Manager at Narratize, where she built the operational foundation that now scales with the company's growth. Her backpacking adventures and world-travel planning reflect her approach to customer success: meticulous preparation meets adaptable execution, always with the destination in clear view.
Outside of work, Rachel is an avid backpacker and world-travel-planning enthusiast.
