The role

This is a highly cross-functional role supporting Narratize's enterprise go-to-market and demand generation execution. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be the engine behind our campaigns — balancing marketing operations, content execution, and event coordination to build a scalable top-of-funnel pipeline.

You will help coordinate and operationalize:

  • Target account programs
  • CRM and GTM systems
  • Account intelligence workflows
  • Campaign operations
  • Executive event coordination
  • Relationship tracking
  • Sales and marketing operational alignment

You will work closely with leadership across sales, customer success, product marketing, and solutions engineering.

What you'll do

  • Campaign execution: Build, launch, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email newsletters, and outbound sequences) using HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Content & social: Manage Narratize's organic social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), helping to amplify founder thought leadership and product milestones.
  • Marketing operations: Maintain HubSpot workflows, build lead lists using tools like Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ensure clean attribution from lead to pipeline.
  • Event coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up for webinars, conferences, and executive events.

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns and automation within HubSpot (or a similar CRM).
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills — you can turn technical AI concepts into clear, engaging marketing copy.
  • Experience with modern growth tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Startup mindset: you thrive in a fast-paced, nimble environment where you wear multiple hats and build from scratch.
